Who are eligible to apply?

Anyone who is at least 18 years old and who lives in the UK can apply for a no credit check mobile phone. Even if you have a bad credit score, you can still apply because our deals are specifically for consumers like you.

What are the requirements?

The requirements when you apply for a bad credit phone are pretty minimal. In most, if not all cases, you’ll just need to provide us proof of identification, proof of income and proof of billing address.

Do I need to be employed to apply?

Ideally, you should be employed to be eligible and to get approved. But we are also extra flexible with our terms. So long as you can provide us proof of steady income whether through full-time, part-time or self-employment, we’ll consider your financial situation and assess your contract plan application accordingly.

What are the types of phones I can choose from?

We carry a wide array of handset choices. Among the hottest options available include great smartphone models from brands such as Samsung, HTC, Apple, LG, Nokia, OnePlus and more.

How long do you approve applications?

We approve applications in as fast as within 24 hours after we’ve assessed your contract phone application.

How much does the monthly fee cost?

The monthly fee varies from deal to deal. It will mainly depend on your mobile choice and your package for call, text and data allowance. In general, it will be between £10 to £25 or sometimes more if you’re opting for a high-end handset.

How long does the contract term last?

We offer contract plans for 24-months but we also have options of 12 months, 18 months and 36 months if preferred. We recommend the 24-month deal, however, as that’s also the most popular option for most of our consumers.

How do I pay for the monthly fee?

To pay for your fixed monthly fee, you have two ways to do so. You can pay over the counter at one of our verified payment centers or you can set-up a debit deduction arrangement with your back for automatic payments for the duration of your contract term.

Is it possible to end the contract early?

You can opt to end the contract plan early if necessary but be informed that there may be early repayment fees you need to pay for. For more info on such fees, you can read the fine print or you can give customer service a call.

Can I switch to a different plan?

Yes, you can switch to a different plan if you meet the requirements. Again, you can give our customer service department a call to know if this option is available for your account.

What happens if I miss several monthly fees?

In case you miss several monthly fees, you may incur hefty late payment fees. If you are unable to update your payments after having been contacted by our customer service department, your plan will be automatically disconnected until payments have been made.
